Ban looms on cigarette advertising

A COMPLETE ban on cigarette and tobacco advertising in Bahrain could be implemented soon.
Once Bahrain becomes a signatory to the Framework Convention for Tobacco Control (FCTC) later this year, cinemas and newspapers will not be allowed to show tobacco advertising, said Bahrain Anti Smoking Society chairwoman Dr Mariam Al Jalahama. Continue
