Yesmokes on-line sales will be slightly delayed.

The GodfatherEverything was ready to go at Yesmoke, to start cigarette sales on-line scheduled for October 30th. The new entirely robotized Logistics was waiting to put out cartons of 100 Yesmoke cigarettes, each containing 10 packs of 10 cigarettes, that will be sold at $ 5.95, with free delivery.

Yesmoke's "Shop", that talks of consumer rights, of correct taxation of mail order products, was ready to go online the same day, and a merchant* contract for credit card payments had been signed many months before with the Swiss company Aduno SA**, leader in the sector.

October 5th 2007: Yesmoke launches its first attack against Big Tobacco.

Ace of clubsAfter receiving its license, Yesmoke has presented to the European Commission a denunciation against the so-called Minimum Price* in effect in Italy, which forbids the retail sale of cigarettes at less than 3.40 euro for 20 cigarettes.

The complaint is the first step towards an exciting target that will be easier to reach than one might think.

It is the first blow to the cigarette manufacturing cartel, creating for them in Italy financial damage that can amount to more than 1 billion euro, funds that will be directed to the State treasury (800 million will come from Philip Morris alone).
