Italiano Minimum Price – 3,80 Euro
The trial against Italy in the Court of Justice of the European Union is about to end, and to avoid condemnation and sanctions, Italy should conform to the European rules before the sentence.
But the Italian State does not seem interested in avoiding the sentence and the sanctions.
Until Italy abolishes the minimum price, on its own initiative or complying with the upcoming sentence, price increases will have to continue with the same mechanism prescribed by the direction decree of 25 July 2005.
