Yesmoke S.p.A. has obtained certification for the ISO 9001:2008 Standard through the Bureau Veritas.
The Bureau Veritas is an International group specialized in the inspection, analysis, assessment and certification of products, infrastructures and management systems in relation legal and voluntary standards.
Bureau Veritas is the second largest group in the world handling services of conformity assessments and certifications in the fields of quality, health and safety, environment and social responsibility (“QHSE”); it is active in 140 countries.
The certification is the first step towards a System of Integrated Management for Quality, Environment and Safety.
Currently Yesmoke is awaiting further certifications: they are for the implementation of Environmental Management Systems – UNI EN ISO 14001:2004, and for Occupational Safety and Health System Management – OHSAS 18001-2007.
The ISO 9001:2008 Standard specifies the requirements of the Quality Management System of an organization which:
- needs to show its capacity to consistently supply a product that fulfills its customers’ requirements, along with applicable cogent measures
- desires to increase customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including the processes of continual system improvements, and ensure conformity to the requirements of the customer, along with applicable cogent measures
- Certification ISO 9001:2008
